Ferma Borima's story starts by accident — owner Osman Ibryamov received cattle instead of cash in a barter deal. Nine to ten years of passion grew that small herd into ~200 Simmental and Montbéliarde cows on the northern Balkan slopes.
After 2 years developing proprietary processing technology, every drop of milk is now transformed on-site into eight artisan products with true mountain character.
